We have a 30 day return policy from the date received. Within that 30 days, you can ship back Boxscoop, in the original box, to our Blaine, WA location and once received we credit back your order (excluding original shipping charges). You can use any shipping carrier you'd like or, we can make a FedEx label with our discount and deduct it from the return. Our FedEx discounted rates per box are between $18 - 20 from the Westcoast and $20-25 for all other states.

We've shipped 7500+ Boxscoop 2.0's and received a ton of positive feedback and we've worked to continually improve our instruction page. If you are struggling in any way we advise you to check out our full instructions at:

Warranty

Boxscoop components are manufactured and inspected under the highest standards. We will fix or replace any manufacturing defect, FREE OF CHARGE within one year. Replacement parts may be obtained by emailing supporting pictures and defect description to support@theboxscoop.com.


Within 6 months from the date of delivery, Boxscoop Designs will cover all shipping costs of replacement parts. After 6 months but within 1 year, Boxscoop Designs will apply our standard flat rate $10 shipping for replacement parts, except for the toss containers which are $5 flat rate.


Damages due to product abuse or misuse will not be covered under this warranty.
