Let's be honest here...
there is no perfect cat litter. That's why instead of naming our litter as perfect, worlds best, or beautiful... we called it what it is. The not Sticky, Smelly, Dusty litter.
Our team mixes and packages the best natural ingredients to create, what we believe is the best available.
All Natural + Sustainable Ingredients
100% Plant Based, made from Cassava and California Walnut Shells. Our shells are sifted multiple times to remove dust.
Naturally Odor Neutralizing without chemicals or artificial scents.
Super Fast Sifting
This means quick effortless cleanups, especially in Boxscoop.

Tight Firm Clumps
Most cat healthy alternative litters clump soft. Our litter clumps firm, like clay... but without the sticky grossness.

Dissolves in Water
If your city allows flushing cat litter, you can put the clumps in the toilet and let them sit for a few minutes, then flush.
*Please use common sense-- if the litter box has not been scooped for a few days, do not overwhelm the toilet.

Not great; no matter what I tried, I could not get our kitten to use this litter. She began peeing on the floor in the room where we were keeping her while training and introducing her in to our home. She did not appear to like how the litter sticks to her paws and the difficulty she had in getting it off. ( Also, the litter gets EVERYWHERE as it sticks to the bottom of our feet/ socks and indoor shoes which feels wrong for something touted as Not Sticky??) I finally got desperate and bought a new litter which we poured over the top of this one and she immediatly began using her box ( not the Boxscoop as its massive and way too big for her). But when the litter underneath began becoming exposed, she again started avoiding her box. So for obvious stated reasons, I’ve canceled the litter subscription and gone with a much less messy and more affordable option that’s still low/ zero dust, clumps, and effective at controlling odor.
I too had high hopes for this ‘artisan small batch’ cat litter as I really love supporting all small independently owned brands with a mission. But our kitten simply won’t use this litter. She doesn’t even like to touch it and jumps out as soon we place her in the box. I sort of don’t blame her either as the litter sticks to everything including her paws and she has trouble shaking/ wiping it off. It also gets everywhere and I’m constantly vacuuming it up; it gets on to the bottom of our indoor slippers and shoes. Needless to say, I’ve canceled our subscription.
Clumps well but not masking odor as well as i had hoped. Regardless will keep using as its easy to scoop and I’m shopping Canadian
This litter works really well with my current boxscoop set up and leaves no unpleasant odors. I can leave a boxscoop in my office just fine.
I had high hopes, but maybe this litter will only work and stay in a Boxscoop litter box and not other brands of litter boxes. I will say that it doesn't retain bad smells like other litters, but it tracks everywhere--everywhere!
